Nouch, Soft Moon

The large mural for Palermo University was based on a recurring motive: a perfect sphere of fluffy animals huddling together. The creatures are involved with each other or apparently lost in the crowd. Shape, mass, texture, light and shadow, life – in a way the theme embodies the essential illusions of drawing. This is the first sketch that grew into a 23 meter-high mural.
