The best ice creams have lots of scoops on top of each other, like a totem pole. An animal compound of natural coalescence. In the middle of a covid­ ­lockdown, one lucky restaurant at Krugerplein in ­Amsterdam ­received this ­totem ice cream, high up on the wall. While peoples’ ­patience was put to the test, this Air Head couldn’t wait. Its animal instincts were too strong: it’s eating itself.
